Kunza Shakil

Associate Director

Kunza Shakil is an Associate Director at ViaNova based in Chicago, IL.

She works with foundation, nonprofit, corporate, and family clients to accelerate their impact goals by supporting organizational design, grants management design and implementation, and strategy processes. Her engagements have ranged in subject areas from talent development to environmental justice to higher education.

While at ViaNova, Kunza taught an introductory international studies course for the International Studies department at DePaul University. Prior to ViaNova she completed a Fulbright fellowship in Malaysia. She also possesses experience in banking and consular services.

Kunza holds an MA from Columbia University and a BA from DePaul University.
