Kristina is a Managing Director at ViaNova, where she leads the firm’s impact investing practice. She partners with clients to design, implement, and evaluate strategies that advance social impact while meeting financial objectives.
She develops philanthropic strategies that blend capital types, including grantmaking, impact investments, and other assets, helping clients align capital with their mission and values to achieve meaningful, measurable outcomes.
Previously, Kristina worked at Vital Healthcare Capital, a social impact fund dedicated to expanding healthcare access for low-income and vulnerable populations. There, she managed loan structuring, underwriting, and closings; defined and tracked social impact metrics; oversaw the loan portfolio; and led investor relations.
Earlier in her career, Kristina was an equity research analyst on an Institutional Investor-ranked team at Barclays, covering the commercial real estate sector. She developed investment recommendations, built financial and valuation models, and authored company-specific and industry research reports.
Kristina graduated magna cum laude with a BBA in Finance from The George Washington University. She lives in Brooklyn with her husband and two children.
