Head of Operations

Molly Quish is a philanthropy and operations leader with 20 years of experience helping philanthropists and nonprofits achieve their impact goals. As Head of Operations at ViaNova, she oversees operational infrastructure and strategy across the full division—managing everything from financial planning and analysis, technology development, strategic planning and team leadership.

Prior to this role, Molly led strategy, technology and client management for a division managing 6 public charities, supporting 300+ charitable initiatives that deploy over $1 billion in philanthropic capital globally each year.

Throughout her career, Molly has built a reputation for bridging complex operations with meaningful mission-driven work. She has held leadership roles at the University of Chicago Urban Education Institute and the Rotary Foundation, where she administered large-scale grant programs, led strategic planning initiatives, and developed partnerships with state education boards and global donor networks.

Molly holds a B.A. in Communications and Media from DePaul University and is passionate about contributing to organizations that improve lives across communities
