Lindsay Terrien

Lindsay Terrien is an Associate Director at ViaNova in Chicago. She advises primarily individuals and family foundations, as well as corporate and institutional funders, helping them shape strategy, deploy grants, and understand their impact.
She specializes in end-to-end grants management, building systems that make the grantmaking process both efficient and effective. Lindsay is passionate about helping clients adopt practices that address power imbalances and lessen grantee burden.
Before joining ViaNova, Lindsay worked as a speech-language pathologist. She holds a BS in Human Communication Sciences from Northwestern University, where she was a Chick Evans Scholar, and an MS in Speech-Language Pathology from Rush University.
